1. Overview
All ticket sales for SWARA AALÉ on 24 October 2026 are issued by ARA Care & Events Solutions UK Ltd. By completing a booking you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Cancellation by the customer
- More than 30 days before the event — full refund less a £5 per ticket administration fee.
- 15–30 days before the event — 50% refund.
- Within 14 days of the event — non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer the ticket to another attendee at no charge.
3. Cancellation by the organiser
If we cancel or reschedule the event, you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price (including booking fees) or the option to retain your seat for the new date. Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
4. How to request a refund
Email
aramarketinguk@gmail.com with your booking reference (e.g. SWARA-XXXXXX) and the email used at checkout. We respond within 2 working days.
5. Lost tickets & transfers
E-tickets are reissued free of charge to the original email on request. Name changes and ticket transfers are permitted up to 48 hours before doors open.
6. Statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to tickets for a specific event on a specific date. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
