Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket sale

Tickets are sold by ARA Care & Events Solutions UK Ltd, trading as ARA Event Solutions UK. Each ticket admits one attendee for the date and venue printed on it — SWARA AALÉ, 24 October 2026, Hatch End High School Theatre, Harrow HA3 6NR.

2. Payment

Bookings are confirmed when payment by bank transfer is received and matched against your booking reference. Seats are held for 72 hours pending payment; unpaid bookings may be released after this period.

3. Entry & ID

Doors open at 6:00 PM. Please arrive 30 minutes before showtime. We may ask to see ID and your e-ticket (QR code) at the door. Late entry is at the discretion of the venue.

4. Refunds & exchanges

Please review your tickets carefully — including date, venue and seat selection — before completing your transaction. Unless otherwise stated, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded even if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable due to illness or personal health reasons. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and rescheduling rights.

5. Ticket types & prices

Balcony Seated Ticket (£50 including fees)

Enjoy the performance from a comfortable vantage point on the upper level of Hatch End Theatre. The balcony offers a clear, elevated view of the stage — perfect for taking in the full atmosphere of the show while relaxing in your seat.

Standard Stalls Ticket (£60 including fees)

Get closer to the action with our Standard Stalls ticket. Located on the main floor of the theatre, this section places you in the heart of the concert for an immersive live music experience with excellent sightlines.

VIP Front-Row Ticket (£70 including fees)

Experience SWARA AALÉ from the very best seats in the house. The VIP front row places you center-stage with unbeatable views of Athma Liyanage, Nirosha Virajini, Dayan Witharana and the full ensemble.

6. Age policy

  • Children under 3 years old are not permitted at the event.
  • Guests under 16 years old must be seated and accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Tickets are required for everyone aged 3 and above.

7. Conduct & safety

Disruptive behaviour, intoxication, recording during the performance, or any conduct that endangers other attendees may result in removal from the venue without refund. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.

8. Photography & recording

Personal photos taken before and after the performance are welcome. Audio and video recording during the performance is strictly prohibited. By attending, you consent to being included in official event photography and recordings, which may be used for promotional purposes.

9. Programme changes

The line-up and running order are correct at the time of publication but may change at short notice. Substitution of an artist or a programme change does not entitle you to a refund unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled (see Refund Policy).

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings brought to the venue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Data protection

We collect the name, email, phone and booking details you provide solely to fulfil your booking and contact you about the event. We do not sell your data. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
